Marquises.

The main inspiration for this project came from women’s Court dresses in the eighteenth century. The vases dress up their content just like the old French gowns.

Marquises is a family of three different vases in white ceramic, which ex- ist together for little side conversations, or alone. The vases are completely devoid of ornaments or patterns in order to highlight its content.
